"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

He made every effort to answer my questions, he even arranged for me to come to the office to see the two units so I could decide which one to select.  <br /> Once I'd made my decision John introduced me to the project manager (I'm so sorry I can't remember the project manager's name, he was fantastic) and we scheduled the installation. <br /> The team arrived exactly on time, they brought drop cloths to keep my carpet clean, they explained every single thing they planned to do and made sure I was comfortable with their plans. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, the crew were friendly and polite in every way. When the installation was complete the project manager (shame on me for not remembering his name!) carefully explained how the unit worked and made sure I understood I could always call if I had questions. <br /> Some time later John Mott checked in with me to ensure I was satisfied with the installed unit. <br /> The unit has functioned perfectly throughout the heating season and I've switched it to cooling and it's great at that too. <br /> I recommend these guys and this organization to anyone in this area who would like to have a ductless heat pump installed. <br />"
