As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. We got several bids, and went with Metropolitan, as they did our neighbor's roof several years ago and they recommended them; but it was Clint's upfront integrity, knowledge of the product, and clear guidance in the whole process that sold us. These qualities have obviously been instilled in his crew, and his office staff; their response to our questions/concerns throughout this whole process was handled right away, either by them, or by Clint himself. We also had two skylights replaced by them when the roof was done, and they did a brilliant job; they also specialize in skylights, and again, Clint was quite knowledgeable in both the products and the process of installing them, as was his crew.
