"American Home replaced my roof and siding, porch windows and some add-on exterior lighting. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. Overall I am satisfied with the job, In fact, we recommended them to our neighbors who hired them to do their siding this Spring."

"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. "Used AJ Perri in past satisfactorily but now... Furnace checkup rattling sound, tech said was due to inducer fan motor needs replacing (ball bearings). Signed agreement for $2,300, they were going to order a replacement, paid $1,175 deposit. Cancelled work before the tech left as we were going to have it done later - also looked up the cost of said motor on the manufacturer web site only $209! Billing department unavailable to have the "pending" charge removed from checking acct. Found cancellation form in paperwork, only includes mailing address with a 3 day only grace period (?). Unable to fax form as a fax # (on a different form only) just rings & rings. Had to scan and email form to general "info" address. Unable to get through to billing dept, never available. Given direct phone # for said dept which gives a recording "voice mailbox not set up" then disconnects. Homeowner fixed all rattling noises for $0 - was only loose screw inside fan motor mounting bracket. Not refunded yet."
