"The owner called me and confirmed that I still wanted my security doors install. I was given a day on the weekend, but he called me and said he can get to me early in the week and it was my only off day. He kept in touch with me until the day my doors were to be installed. He sent his workers out to my house and they were very nice and respectful. They put my doors up so fast within a few hours, as they ran into a little problem out the door up. That wasn’t a problem for them they fixed it right away. I love my doors and the way they cleaned up after themselves when they got finished. After the door was done they made sure that I was satisfied, and I was very satisfied. My owner also called to see if I was satisfied with their work. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
