We had a multi-faceted project, and every single crew was professional and courteous (even going out of their way to give our neighbors a heads up about noise or debris). They were on-time, on-budget, and excellent communicators. Guy and Adam specifically went above and beyond to make sure every minor detail was accounted for. There were a few bumps in the road (we have an old house!) -- and they came to the rescue on multiple occasions, even on holidays. "I did my homework on this one. After experiencing a nightmare of a kitchen remodel with a handyman non license contractor in the past. My wife & I  decided to do things right this time. Went on Home Advisor & hired Juan(Skyline Konstuction) a license contractor. We remodeled  our kitchen from top to bottom new cabinets, countertops,floor, lighting & new appliances. We expanded  our dining room, added 110sq feet basically a room addiction & bar area . We got 3 different bids for the job. Juan wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. We decided to go with Juan because he has great knowledge & was enthusiastic about taking the job. He listened to our ideas & what we wanted. "Anything is possible" he said. With Juan you get the total package. Designer, consultant & contractor. He has an open mind & great design ideas.  He really knows his stuff. We made some last minute changes from the original design concept & Juan never complained or said no. "It's what you want, You live here" he said. He was always making sure we were happy & content  with the progress. He took care of all the city permits & made sure everything was up to code & ready for inspection. He doesn't have a big fancy construction truck. He's very humble, down to earth & family oriented. He's hands on & was always here at the constitution site. He answered all of our questions in a timely matter. All around a great guy. He says he hires nothing but the best, & it's true. Concrete, framing, roof,electrician, countertops & painter ALL professional. The best of the best. He takes pride in what he does & it shows. His workmanship is meticulous & top quality work. His right hand man Marvin is very good too. Always on time & ready to work. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. They even worked on Saturday & sometimes on Sunday. The job took about 8 weeks to complete. I'm very satisfied with the job Juan & his crew did. I can't say enough. My wife & I are extremely  happy with the end result of our new kitchen/diningroom. We are very grateful with Home Advisor & Skyline Konstuction in a job well done. We've made a great decision & a new friend  in hiring  Juan (Skyline Konstuction).  My next home project is going to do be a bathroom remodel. And Skyline Konstuction is my go-to construction company . Not only does he build kitchen/bathroom. He's "Building a relationship" like he  says.
