Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. The road going into our farm doesn't flood anymore and the water is able to drain nicely on the sides where they helped dig the angle much better than any piece of farm equipment we had on hand. Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"I had heard good things about Alpine and decided to give them a try.  I called right before lunch and asked if they could send someone out to get my air conditioning working.  Alpine was willing to accommodate my schedule on a work day and showed up on time.  Met with Ricky and explained the situation.  Prior to coming inside, he put on some little booties so as not to bring in any unwanted dirt or dust.  He evaluated the situation and explained that the drain line was stopped up and that the aux drain pan had water in it which shutdown the system.  Ricky cleared the line and removed the water from the pan so that the float switch would reset.  Shortly thereafter, the AC was running again and starting to cool off the house.  

From the initial phone call to the dispatcher to the service to the cost, and emailed receipt, I was completely satisfied.  I would highly recommend Alpine HVAC Services to my friends and others.

Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue.
