However, the only reason they didn’t get a five star rating as he did not ask me what size downrod I wanted and installed the longer one and I wanted the shorter one. When I asked him, he said it’s too late to change it now. However, he was courteous and kind. Just didn’t follow through on what I had asked because he said it would take too much to change it."

I got the sales pitch as well, but in addition, the technicians completely disabled a whole-house working furnace (saying that it was the law) before leaving me with no heat at all for the entire home, three days before the coldest day on record in two years (14 degrees), and fourteen days before Christmas. To say this is irresponsible (if not dangerous) is an understatement. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear."
