"We hired the guys from The Pros Carpet & Floors to redo the laminate floors in 90% of our home. The scope of work was to demo the existing flooring, molding trim & baseboards â ¦ Then install all new. The guys that came out to work were super friendly and hard workers. They knocked out the work in a day and a half and hauled away all the old materials. Also, the customer service aspect and quickness in replies were a welcome change of pace. But, with the good also comes the not so good... They were priced higher than all my other previous quotes. Luckily, Fidel worked with me and we were able to find some middle ground in that aspect. They also charge you a separate fee when installing baseboards (painting and filling of nail holes are extra $ â ¦ That was not explained to me until after the guys were done with their work). The only other knock I had with them is that the guys that were working, left behind some personal garbage in different rooms throughout the house (chip bags, Gatorade bottles, soda cups, etc.)â ¦ For the money I paid, I shouldn't have to be picking up their garbage... But like I said, take the good with the not so good. I guess if you were to give them an overall, out the door rating... I would say 4 out of 5 stars."
