"I got central air installed in my 100+ year old house that I was convinced could never actually have central air. Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend."

"Excellent. I've had Genove install both gas and oil heating systems in my properties, most recently oil. They have also installed central air/hydro air and handle my oil delivery. The techs have always been polite & knowledgable. Their customer service is impeccable. As a landlord/home owner, I couldn't be happier with them handling all my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone."

"Outstanding service and professional installation!!"

"My initial inquiry to Pinnacle to get a proposal on installing central a/c in our 1935 home. Of the various companies we met, Pinnacle was the most responsive and best understood our needs. The advice we received was fantastic and led us to make decisions that were absolutely the right ones for us: two zones with heat pumps, a third area with mini-split. The installation crew was respectful of our space amidst the disruption that is naturally going to occur, and always very pleasant to have around the house. I was so impressed with the work that I went on to have an aging boiler replaced with a new Viessmann boiler and am so pleased to have made that additional investment in our overall HVAC systems. These guys really are the best. I'd be happy to be a reference."

"We could not have been more pleased. We needed to replace our first floor AC, which is a split-type ductless system, about 17 years old. We had an idea of what the cost would be from an online site: [*** Link removed ***] We got 4 bids, 3 from A rated Angie's List contractors to install a Mitsubishi system (top of the line). Except for one, which was off the charts, the bids weren't that far apart. While Unique was not the lowest bid, we chose them for three reasons: (1) Jason (their rep) was the most savvy about the Mass Save and Mass CEC Air Source rebates, which were quite significant (he handled all the rebate paperwork for us); (2) Unique was able to do the job in a week; and (3) Unique included all the electric work into the total bid (rewiring was required). The installation team (John and Quinn) was excellent. It took them a day and half, They were quiet, neat, professional, highly respectful of our homes and proud of their work. We had worried that they would have to remove wooden ductwork which had been recently painted, but they managed to snake the new hoses through the existing ductwork without disturbing anything. Unique had an electrical contractor on site who replaced the breakers on our electrical panel, installed a higher capacity wire from the panel to the AC system, and replaced the cutoff switch on the outside. We were quite pleased with Unique's work, and would definitely recommend them to others."

"Went out of their way to insure faucet installation after initial install proved defective. Associate went extra mile and drove approximately 25 miles away to get another faucet and made successful installation."

"We needed a new faucet installed and a toilet repaired. It was easy to book an appointment and Matt was on time. He was very professional. He has great customer service skills and he did the work in a couple of hours. We definitely will use Milltown Plumbing again."

"I needed to replace an older AC unit that is in a very tight spot in an attic. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."

"We needed a plumbing subcontractor for a job outside of our usual plumber's geographic. We weren't actually awarded the work, but Dave Clay was extremely responsive to our needs. He responded promptly, gave us exactly what we needed, in a timely manner, and his pricing seemed very fair."

"Rodenhieser identified the problem with my central A/C and fixed it, while another contractor I previously had take a look at it failed to do so."
