"I had a terrific experience working with Edian. We had an entire garage wall that was rotted from the sill upward. Edian and his assistant installed supports for the roof, removed the old wall, and built a completely new wall in its place. He also converted a window in the back of the garage into a new door opening, installed the new door, and installed the window to the new wall. Edian's craftsmanship and attention to detail were fantastic. He takes pride in his work! He took a sample of the existing clapboarding to the lumberyard where they custom-made matching clapboarding for the new wall. The total time from initial contact to job completion was about 1-½ weeks. I'll admit, my timing was good and my job was the right size (i.e. Edian had an opening in his schedule and my job was just the right size to fill it). Edian is communicative, flexible, and very easy to work with. He made sure to understand my goals for the project and then applied his own quality standards for an exceptional result. I highly recommend Alexis Home Remodeling and I will definitely be working with them again in the future."

Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"I had an excellent experience with The Curtice Group. I would highly recommend them and I'd use them again for a future project. We utilized the full design to build service to add a master bedroom/bath/closet, a 2nd floor 3x10 balcony, and renovate a number of items associated with the build including a re-build of an existing bathroom.  We live in an old house and Scott did a fantastic job making use of space and working with the house limitations, and overall, giving us lots of details and options as we had back/forth meetings on the concept.  The design process was great. We had a number of meetings starting from a wish list that expanded to initial design concepts and then to more final concepts. Scott made excellent use of space and gave us a lot of options which for budget reasons, we had to slowly narrow things down to a final concept. The build was equally fantastic. Not only was the quality extremely high but they stayed on schedule and never skipped days; there was always a team working every day. The workers and subs were reliable and on schedule, which you dont see too much of. Not only that but juggling/managing the schedule when the different subs had to show up was very impressive as the goals for each week were always met. Scott and his team really care to make a top-quality build. A few family members in construction walked through a few times and commented on the high quality of everything.  The house had two surprises as we things opened up.  Somewhat expected as unwelcome as it was: a bad foundation and a roof with upgrades needed. Both these items were attended to very quickly and surprisingly got back on track sooner than I thought it would.  Budget: Scott's budget was extremely accurate. Aside from the 2 house surprises (above) and the additional rise in lumber cost during COVID, all numbers and quotes lined up extremely well. Yes the cost went over the estimate but I hold no concern over this, since it was due to two extra side projects (that were impressive accomplishments). When the project was done Scott made sure we were happy with everything. A few items to touch up were quickly dealt with and Scott really went above and beyond making sure things were 100%. No negative comments from me. Any items to nit-pick are not worth putting in a review: this was an extremely positive experience and I would recommend the Curtice Group and would/will certainly utilize them again in the future."

"I chose Humberto out of 4 contractors and feel so fortunate I did!  Humberto went above and beyond in ALL aspects of the job!  We threw him several curve balls with wanting a wall removed, floors refinished and some cabinetry work done.  He drew up change orders efficiently, and brought in excellent people to complete all the work we requested.  The quality of his work, THOROUGH preparation, attention to detail, communication, cleanliness during the entire project, the final result...ALL were an A+!  I was nervous about having our kitchen cabinets painted as I had read pros and cons with different applications.  The method they used left our cabinets looking BRAND NEW...everyone that has seen them has said, "Oh, you got new cabinets, they're beautiful!"  Humberto installed all new hardware for us as well.  I can't say enough about the experience we had with them.  I was 100% comfortable having them in our home, and they are super nice and polite on top of being EXCELLENT at their craft!

As project continued he kept us up to date and pointed out issues with existing structure around floor and window. Within few months the bathroom remodel was complete. Bathroom is beautiful and James did great work on tile/shower area."
