"The Willard Company was very efficient with scheduling a visit to come give an estimate, sending the estimate, and scheduling the work to be done. The team came and replaced the gutter around the third floor balcony in one day. The price was just a little over the estimate because they replaced old wood behind the gutter which was a very good thing. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them."

He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. They have been doing this for a long time and get it done right! They are prompt to correct any issues or concerns and work with you to design the most appropriate system for your home design. Our home design with multiple roof lines is complicated so it needed skilled people We waited 1 year for a prior gutter contractor to get this work done and in the end we are glad he never came through. We feel we got a much better quality product, with prompt install, resolution of the few after issues we had, and no headaches or contractor chasing. Another plus is that gutter shell has no strapping showing on the gutters. Most do! We did not want this as it does spoil the look of the architecture to see the strapping.
