They identified the problem immediately and recommended a couple of options and actually suggested the cheaper option would be just as effective as the more expensive. They replaced the wood floor in our laundry room with a rubber floor looks exactly like the old floor and matched up almost perfectly. They were genuinely interested in our total satisfaction, which is rare today. They also do many other home services in addition to floors and we WILL be calling them again. The representative who set this up came out, gave me a very good price and was very professional. They didn't take any money until the job was finished and we did a final walk thru. "This was alright. The carpet was pretty bad so he couldn’t guarantee it could be cleaned by doing a normal cleaning so he had to get the brush out and do a scrub on it. The steam cleaner wouldn’t have cleaned it properly. He did a fine job on it and it the carpet cleaning. I wouldn’t use him again because he is far out of town."
