"We have a large basement full of carpet. Having had water problems a couple of times the carpet had been pulled back and dried out but not reattached properly as we thought it would happen again. After a long time of wait-and-see with nothing happening Rand M Carpet came out to restretch it and did a wonderful job. He called to see if he could come out earlier than planned and I was thrilled to get it done earlier. We had agreed upon the price when he did his first job at our home. Very reasonable. He and his helper moved the furniture as needed."

When I had additional questions he called me back promptly and we are so thrilled that they fit us in and worked with our schedule! Kevin Rhodes is the installer who came out and he was wonderful! "Generally, they did a good job with the floors, and we are satisfied. The main problems were in delays and missed promises as to when they would be working and finishing. The delays caused us problems because it used our time and caused inconvenience. They were simply too busy and could not meet all of their commitments on time. On some scheduled days they did not come. Our advice to those who would use their services is to pin them down as to time. <br />"

"The guy's name is Rod Hurt. He did an excellent job. He hired all of the contractors and he brought all of the samples to the house. We picked them out and he helped with the colors. He also found an interior designer for us. He oversaw all of the people that did all the work and if we didn't like it, they redid it. He was very low key as far as sales was concerned. That was greatly appreciated. We had just had another salesman in who was extremely pushy. When Rod came in, he told us what they would do and what would be the services they provided. It was like we didn't really have to do it unless we wanted to. We replaced some of the carpeting with hardwood and the price was very competitive. We didn't have to find any of the people to install it. He provided all of that. His price was competitive."
