This was not a simple refresh — it involved removing an existing hot tub, renovating a cabana, reworking the deck framing to convert it into a single-level deck, installing a new staircase, and adding a cable rail system. Every aspect of the project was approached with precision and care, and the finished product is without flaw. They were easy to work with from start to finish, handling decisions and mid-project modifications thoughtfully and professionally. "Our addition is fabulous. Came out beautifully. The workmanship is amazing. The work is excellent, from build to finish carpentry. We will live here for 25 more years and enjoy the fabulous space. We added 650 square feet of living space, half being a brand new kitchen. We converted our old kitchen to a wet bar and additional living space. Upstairs we put on a whole new bedroom and converted the old bedroom to walk in closets and a beautiful (spa-like) master bath. Along the way we made some adjustments to the original plan, and Liberty was very accommodating. Every time I walk in the house I have to pinch myself! Sometimes I can't believe it is our home."

The siding was removed, the rotted wood was exposed, cut out and replaced. Along with proper sealing and water proofing, painting and re siding.
