"The process was easy to schedule & finance, had to wait a little while to get all the pieces to schedule the job but seeing the pieces were all custom made it was expected. Installers Eric & Bob did a nice job working with us during the installation process including a few modification changes. Work completed in a timely manner. "The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

"In giving our dated bathroom a facelift, we chose Home Pro USA to install a new window, floor, and tub/shower walls. Home Pro USA put the new floor and walls over the existing floor and walls. We purchased the hardware of our choosing and Mike kindly installed them. The finished project looks great. A couple small touch ups required a follow up visit, but they were quick to get someone to our home to resolve those concerns. Overall a good experience from start to finish."

"Both orders went well and in a very timely and efficient fashion. Daily house disruption was minimal. Rick and Nate, the guys with their minds in the gutter - pun intended! - called ahead of their arrival and accomplished the second story gutter install very quickly band cleanly. Sealed the bracket system up very well too. Dave Ford and Zeke went at the demo and install of the shower unit said they were working on their own home, very carefully and with precision. There was residual damage as a result of the demo of the old tub/shower, not an easy thing to do in a 122 year-old home. The shower, with a four-inch high threshold, works well and the water stays inside the shower as Dave assured me it would. More importantly, my 96 year-old mother-in-law is now more safe in her bathroom. Dave consulted with us thoroughly and designed all hand bar and shower head placements with her safety in mind. I vote all four of these technicians get a raise! Atlas has been a great company with with to contract."
