"They were great. They got the estimate to me the same day that I asked and worked the schedule around to a date that meet our needs. The showed up when they said they would and got the work done in the time-frame estimated. After they were done the driveway and steps looked great. There was no mess left over and they added dirt around the steps where it had washed away previously. They even took before and after pictures so we could show people how good it turned out. We were very pleased with the work done."

"We are so happy with our new patio! The Foundation1 hardscape team was an absolute pleasure to work with the entire time. John was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the design process. Once they were able to get started, they worked extremely quickly, in the hottest week of the year. They had to dig out and replace our wall/patio completely by hand because our house is raised and getting equipment back there is not feasible. And yet, they worked so efficiently, they made the job seem easy - and it definitely was not! They were also extremely thorough! And were very willing to help me out in small side projects that we added on as we went. Even after the main project was completed, they came back to tackle the tuck-pointing because they didn't want to rush it. They even came back on two separate occasions when I was concerned about the drainage on small spots on the patio. They take a lot of pride in their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. "Went very well.  Received bid on a Friday, work was started on the next Tuesday and completed in three business days.  Installed one pier between garage doors on the inside of garage so concrete patch was in garage floor and not in nearly new driveway.  Others had bid cutting driveway.  kept mes to a minimum and cleaned site up very well.

"In 2013 I was out of town on a trip. My wife called in a panic because water was coming in through a crack in the basement wall. We had lived in the house for 20 years with no issues. Recently we had new sidewalks poured which disrupted the water flow from the house. This caused water to seep back into the foundation. A less reputable company could have taken advantage of the situation. Recently we had the annoying water seepage in our stone foundation. The Leaky Cellar proposed various options to address the situation. They recently installed interior drains. The men were very professional and answered all my questions. For a messy job, they left the basement in good shape. I was very pleased with the work, price, and professionalism. I would recommend them to a friend."
