My electrical panel was over 22 years old and he explained that the panels usually needed to be upgraded to changing codes and I might want to think about having the job done in the near future. He gave me several options and due to money constraints, I chose the option that took care of my immediate problems. He didn't try to sell me anything, he just provided me options which I will keep in mind. I enjoyed talking to him as he worked and he did an excellent job.
