"The customer service was good, but the paint job was not worth 2400. They too the doors off my vanity for 4 days instead of just leaving them off until finished. I can see paint brush lines, and they did come back to smooth the caulking in the corner of the door casing. I have now hired a company who is basically going to pain all of the inside. They are spraying all doors, casing, and baseboards. The job was suppose to be no longer than 2 days, but it took 4 1/2 days. I definitely need to do better vetting those who do work on the house. "

"The team did an amazing job. From start to finish of the project for the whole house siding replacement using James Hardie, a new window, new gutter, and a stone front porch. The siding color is Evening Blue. Dalton is super easy to work with and just a phone call away and text and you will get a response immediately. I'm not sure how he manage his schedule but every morning he stopped by and even during noon and/or afternoon and he's a hands-on and knows every detail of the project. I even learn stuff from him. I have multiple contractor/vendor provided a quote and most of them only show the total amount and feel like some hidden fee and you have to pay upfront before even the project started or even the materials delivered and also the other contrator were expensive. First I was worried about this whole house siding project but after seeing the Sure Point warranty vs the other provider written warranty and plus Dalton explanation in layman term way like the way I understand it, so I choose Sure Point. It's great to talk to someone that knows what they're doing. Overall, the workmanship of Sure Point is superior quality. I took a timelapse from before and after. They even replaced those wood rot without addtional cost. Before the team leave for the day, they will make sure that your yard is clean and no debris. This is the biggest house project ever had since we moved. See for yourself on the picture that I have attached."

"Mr. Brown came and gave us a bid on our home. We had other bids. He was not the least expensive, but we were impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. He just finished our home, and it is stunning! He was very thorough with his prep work and demonstrated great care when painting. Larry was pleasant, punctual, and efficient. We asked him if he would power wash our deck while taking care of the exterior washing. He gladly did this for a minimal fee above our painting bid. "We just finished our second kitchen renovation completed by Brackmann and could not be happier with the entire experience. They had performed a very modest cosmetic update to our previous home’s kitchen and now a complete rebuild of our current kitchen, which was more than twice as large. It’s difficult to find great contractors, so I wanted to leave a detailed review of somebody we’ve had an n=2 experience with. Everyone from the bidding process (Jeff), project management (Jason), and execution (Jason, Bobby, Zach, Jamie, Caleb) was cognizant that they were becoming part of your home. They were onsite on time, worked constantly through the day, took modest and well-deserved breaks, locked up the house, and were friendly and communicative when interacting with my family. They cleaned up and tidied daily, kept tools and materials organized in small locations, and were communicative about upcoming events that may cause temporary disruption to your schedule or home. Project management was also really impressive; Jason had to remember so many things for this job, in addition to other jobs for different clients. He had a daily timeline ready before the project began, which they adhered to nearly perfectly. He was prompt with emails, text messages, and addressed all questions that we had about process or the work being performed. I don’t think there was anything during the process that gave them much pause; decisions were made carefully but rather quickly. If we had questions about the workplan or work in progress, Jason answered those questions willingly and would go “above and beyond” to ensure that we understood what they were doing and the approach they were using. Brackmann has a great working relationship with their subs (for custom cabinets and countertops) and they do multiple projects together. During the process, we did change our mind on a couple of minor items or had small additions to scope; Brackmann was able to handle all of our requests smoothly without affecting the timeline drastically. Price was extremely competitive, especially considering the quality of materials, subcontractors, service, attention to detail, and experience. They are very transparent in the bidding process with respect to overhead and profit, down to the cent. Jason kept an up-to-date change order to capture the unexpected costs and our in-process additions, so we knew exactly where we were on price and how our asks affected the bottom line. A kitchen is the most complex room in a home in terms of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishes. To tackle this room in a month, from demo to punchlist, is really tough to do. Brackmann has talented personnel, great overall communication, and solid subcontractor relationships. We recommend them highly."
