"I have worked with Brian Frericks from Siding Repair Systems on two different occasions to repair damaged siding. In both cases the quality of the work was excellent and the price was very competitive. I like working with Brian because he is very easy going and doesn't try to push you into doing anything. If you tell him how much you want to spend he will show you what he can repair for that amount. That way you don't have to do everything at once and it makes it easier to work repairs into your budget. "Joe (the owner) came out for an estimate and was very informative with his presentation.  He brought examples and walked us through the whole process.  Our house is a 1970's ranch and we had old windows and an old sliding glass door that really needed to be updated. Before we decided on the type of siding we wanted, he gave us some examples of the houses he had done and we were very impressed.  We really liked the fact he did not try to sell us on unneeded upgrades and was very upfront on his bid to us.  We did not feel like he was trying to just over price his products.  On the first day, Joe and his crew came out  when it was raining and believe it or not in one day they had all 15 windows and the sliding glass door installed.  I must say the windows are very nice and the triple pane sliding glass door is awesome.  The siding that was installed was done with very little seams that are hardly visible.  We have a 2500 square foot home and we counted 8 seams on the house.  It looks great and they even did the chimney box on the roof.  Joe and his crew were very respectful and attentive to every detail.  They always ensured that every detail was how we wanted.  They cleaned up the area very well after the job was done. "Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. "We called Stoneworth to get a reference. Stoneworth manufactures roofing tile so I thought they would be the best people to get a referral. Not only did he give us Tony of All American Roofing as a referral but Andy, the owner of Stoneworth, used Tony himself to do his roof.



When Tony came to give us an estimate he pointed out that, because the roof was so old and in such bad condition, the roof had multiple holes and damage.



He offered us a great price for the job and even took care of all the damages for us free of charge. He took the time to cover all the holes and secured them so they would last the winter until he could start work. It saved our house from possible extensive damage.



Tony and his crew a fantastic job but he also went above and beyond by helping us pick a great paint color for the house to match the new tile roof and still stops by as we are completing our total remodel to see if we need anything.

"When rehabbing our new home, we contacted Castle Rock for a bid on new windows, soffit, and fascia board.  The salesperson, Matt, responded immediately to our request to meet and review the various product options.  He was punctual, very courteous, and knowledgeable about the full array of products the company carries.  In addition to printed materials describing the products, the software he had that allowed us to compare various options, styles, pricing, etc. was very helpful.  Matt came to the house two more times as we explored various options for replacing the existing windows and looking at various configurations that would fir in the existing casements and where we were replacing a door with windows.  His knowledge and experience were invaluable to us from a design perspective while working toward "the look" we wanted for the home.  We then went to the showroom and met with the Manager, Jamie.  He was also very helpful and showed us all of the options and styles we were considering "hands-on".  We did look at other companies but decided working with Castle Rock was our best option.  Matt ordered all of the windows and other materials and everything arrived within the scheduled time frame.  Matt worked with our General Contractor to arrange for the materials to be delivered and installed in a manner that facilitated the project staying on track and not disrupting other contractors.  The windows arrived and were perfectly installed on the date promised.  The installers did an excellent job.  The soffit and fascia work went similarly and we had discussions with Matt about some ways to improve the installation as the job was underway and the work order was adjusted accordingly.  After all the work was complete, we ran into two minor issues.  With the heat and drought, a couple pieces of the soffit separated slightly due to the backing to which they were attached moving.  We called Matt, he came and looked at it, and a repair was completed within a week on the day he promised.  The work looks perfect again.  We also had a small circular ding in one of the windows (possibly from debris hitting it during a storm?).  When we called Matt and asked him how to proceed with the warranty, he told us how to find the serial number on the window and to call the office.  They ordered the replacement window that day under the warranty.  It arrived quickly and we went and picked it up and installed the replacement-a perfect fit.  Start to finish, Matt and his colleagues at Castle Rock did a great job for us and they will always be our first choice for the types of services they provide that we may need."
