"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "Very well. They are craftsmen. Put up plastic barriers to keep down the dust in the rest of the house. They did a wonderful job. Our new bath looks beautiful. His designer helped me turn my ideas into real world structures. The materials they used and the workmanship of their installation is first class. They are a little more expensive than some but they can do all the things you want them to and do them correctly. We are very pleased with their work.

"We had an great experience with DTS Family Plumbing Services. I had an appointment. with a “Large local KC HVAC Company”, to replace our 20-year-old water heater. Then we saw an ad on Angie’s list for the same water heater and install for ½ the price from DTS. We decided to go with DTS instead for the replacement. Anthony scheduled us in the very next day and arrived along with Tony right on time. They again were very professional in covering the work they were going to do. Within in 1 hour, Anthony and Tony had the new water heater installed, and the old one removed. "The job went good and in a timely manner and the finished job looked good. My problem is the toilet seat broke and I tried calling 2 times and leaving messages to see if there was a warranty on the toilet seat. But did not get a response. So I guess after they take your money they are done with you."

"I had gutter failure from huge storm in KC area last weekend, which caused water to pool in front of a basement window well and led to my basement flooding. I tried calling many other gutter companies, but they all were 2-3 weeks or 2-3 months booked out. the owner of 5 Star construction came out to give a bid, and immediately said that he would take one of is crews off another project to immediately address put up the new gutters so as to avoid further flooding into my basement. He said my situation was way more urgent than his other customers. He had a crew out the very next day to put up the new 6" gutters with splash guards, and addressing some of the other minor siding repairs."

"It took a while to get scheduled with Richard and then an unexpected delay occurred for the start time, but once he and his coworker arrived they were all business... no wasting time with chit chat, they jumped right in and got an overview of the items I needed completed, checked supplies and were moving quickly through my projects. All the workmanship was fantastic, he consulted me when he had suggestions on how to complete jobs slightly different from my original plan which was very professional and welcomed.
