Vlad and his crew were always on time, worked hard, cleaned up every day, minimized dust/mess in the house, were trustworthy, and true professionals. He had specific crews for demo, plumbing, electrical, and tiling. His tiling guys are some of the best in the business. Vlad was very hands on too and when he wasn't working on the house was checking on his crew several times a day giving them specific instruction. He walked you through what to expect each day and always asked for our preferences when decisions needed to be made. Their estimates were very competitive and completed the work faster than others could (also worked weekends with our permission). Can't say enough positives about our experience and highly recommend Step by Step Remodeling."
