"We would highly recommend Granite Vision (GV) for the kitchen countertop project. This past week, GV installed the counter top at our house. Following our first meeting with the owner, Roni, we came away impressed by his directness and knowledge of granites. We felt very confident about GV from the get go and without any second thoughts, contracted with GV. The crew consisted of Joseph (took the measurements), David and Johnny (installers) and Nevo (Plumber). We found them to be thorough professionals. They didn't take any short cuts in their respective jobs. As a result, the installation went smoothly. We particularly admired their efforts to ensure that the base was levelled before putting the granite slabs. GV exceeded our expectations big time and therefore, we absolutely have no hesitation in strongly recommending GV for granite countertop projects.

"I'm very happy with the results of our work and I think working with Oscar gave a nice balance of service, price, and quality. His prices were very competitive compared to other quotes. I've shared a bunch of detail here because I found it hard to make sense of reglazing services as I was shopping. Hope the review helps you. The end results of their services were excellent. The tub and tile look brand new, and the old cracks and chips have basically disappeared. Service was somewhere between good and excellent when you put it all together, just communication was a bit bumpy along the way at times. Oscar stuck with it until we had a plan in place, immediately followed up to get repairs done where the initial work on some of the crack repairs needed improvement, and immediately offered a discount for the inconvenience. Here are a few things to keep in mind. 1) Oscar will provide a quote based on pictures you send. If you have a simple job e.g. reglaze a tub or tile that do not have any cracks, I would expect this to go very smoothly. In my case we had some repairs that needed to happen and the text communication / quote was confusing and took some time to get locked down. 2) There's not a lot of hand holding so you need to get yourself comfortable with how the process works and the results you can expect. It was new for me, so that took some faith. 3) People talk about fumes, needing to get out of the house, etc. I was surprised how little odor there was. They use a fan to vent the fumes out a window. 4) On that front, keep in mind that they will need to run a flexible duct to a window that is not in the bathroom. We didn't know that. It's messy and we had to clean up the room where the fan was. 5) The repair work to the cracks in our tile needed to be redone after the first try. It felt to me like the initial work was pretty sloppy, but I don't have experience with this so it may be the nature of the process that you need to do a rough finish, then come in and sand / shape the repair, and touch up the paint. You might just want to ask Oscar. 6) The guys who did the actual work didn't clean up after themselves (and this is why I only rated "professionalism" as "fair"). There was dirt on the floors, tape residue stuck on tile, fixtures, and the floor, and paint overspray on walls, fixtures, and the floor that I had to clean up. No good excuse for that - just recognize you may need to do some heavy cleaning after they leave. 7) It was all done in a day, then Oscar came back the next day to do repairs. Okay, hope that helps someone out there!"

"I was looking for additional Schrock cabinets to complete my kitchen done a few years ago. When I called this company, I had an immediate response, so much so, that it surprised me. Alexander made a quick appointment with me to come out and go over what I needed. He was very congenial and responsive. He got back to me with an estimate and a design with extreme efficiency and speed. I decided to go with this company because of this company's professionalism and excellent customer service. What followed was an incredibly smooth experience. Alex was extremely patient and always with a smile. The workmanship of his people was amazing. Alex stayed with the installer until he finished to see that the job was done right. Thank you Alex. I wish I had used this company before when I originally renovated my kitchen. He would have done a much better job than the other contractor did. In fact, he will come back to correct my granite countertop that was incorrectly installed by the previous contractor. "

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

"Everything went very well. They included the sink for free and reconnected the garbage disposal, other companies were wanting to charge additional for this. I also enjoyed working with the owner."
