"We have lived in our home for almost 30 years. The last few winters I have noticed that it was colder, more drafty in the house especially around the window and attic door frames. I saw a commercial on TV from USA Insulation of Buffalo this fall and it spoke to me about everything that I wanted to address in our home and how “They” could be the company to do the work. My husband and I were not disappointed at all from beginning to the end. We started with a phone call to a very pleasant- knowledgeable receptionist who set us up with a very pleasant- professional- knowledgeable Sales Rep. His presentation was so thorough and well done that we committed to a “Job” that evening. We were totally impressed with the product- the quality and value of price. Our install date was this past Friday, 12/3/21. The install “crew” arrived promptly at 9am and went over everything that they would be doing. Again- “Top Notch”, knowledgeable, friendly and professional individuals. Their cleanup was impeccable, you would never know that anyone had been there. We have already noticed a big difference in these first few days, especially after “the High Winds” of Monday, 12/6/21. The house is quieter from outside noise and the drafts from the attic door and window frames have disappeared. Thank you USA Insulation of Buffalo for a job well done! "My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."

Shayne, my sales rep, took 2 hours to look at the roof & the crawl space in my attic where the leak was and explain what was happening & the process of installing the new roof. "Scott arrived punctually for our first meeting and thoughtfully and thoroughly analyzed our problem (mold on peak of cathedral ceiling).  He listened carefully to our thoughts and explained his analysis clearly and completely.  He provided us with examples of similar situations he had addressed, successfully, in the past. He also showed us photos of his previous work. He spent over an hour with us, answering all questions and outlining his processes.  

After we agreed to have him do the job, he provided an extensive written contract for the work.  Our lawyer reviewed the contract and made several suggestions.  Scott quickly adjusted the contract to address our lawyer's concerns.  He scheduled the work promptly and it was completed in the agreed upon time frame.  We asked for the new electrical circuit to be labelled, and Scott took care of this without additional reminders, although I don't believe this was part of his usual service. There were no add ons to the bill.

After the work, Scott responded to questions and promised referrals to mold remediation services if required.  We've called him several times with questions, and he has always responded promptly with useful answers.

We have been totally satisfied with Scott Knapp and Rfactor from start to finish and would recommend him enthusiastically and without reservation to anyone with a similar problem."
