They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "It went well. Mario came out promptly to access the damage to my basement and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. The guys did an excellent job matching the stain on the shoe molding. And I just love the bathroom floor...what a great job. The job was scheduled to be finished in one day but they had a problem finding the shoe molding that matched. They were back the day and all is well. What a great job guys.
