We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "Fearless and expert roofer. For 8 years I have been dealing with a small leak on a very steep pitched roof that involved flashing under the shingles next to a brick fireplace. Two other roofers couldn't diagnose this leak. A chimney sweep looked at the leak and replaced the chimney's Chace. Tommy came out the very morning I contacted him. Within 1 hour from arriving at my house he pulled up shingles, found the problem, traveled to get parts, fixed the leak, and put the shingles back in place. Wish my builder would have used Tommy and I doubt I would have had this leak in the first place."

"The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."
