"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. "The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."
