"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house."

"We got our bathrooms converted to full bath with standing shower, kirk and Kasey's company did an excellent job at an affordable price and much lower than other big companies that we took quote from. The quality and color of our bathroom walls looks so good, modern, easily washable and definitely added value to the home.Now that the remodel is done, my bathroom feels like a completely new space. It’s bright, clean, and modern. I love the new walk-in shower with glass doors, the updated lighting, and the fresh look of the walls and floor. I highly recommend this team for anyone thinking about a bathroom remodel. I feel that I got great value for the price I paid. "It went great! The crew that did the work were diligent and professional, polite and courteous, respectable to me personally, to my home. They did a great job of cleaning everything up when the job was done. We had a couple of little kinks. They were taken care of quickly with apologies. Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself.
