"After interviewing 4 contractors for the job we picked Plunkett construction for several reasons. First, we felt the cost was reasonable for what we wanted done. Second, Blair explained in detail what he proposed to do to replace our deck. Finally, we appreciated his communication during the project. If your looking to redo a deck or some other project in your home you will not go wrong with Plunkett construction."

"We knew our roof needed to be replaced for a while, but kept putting it off because it felt like such a big project. After meeting with Ocean Seven Builders, we felt comfortable moving forward. Ron was straightforward from day one and didn?t overcomplicate anything. He broke everything down in simple terms and gave us a realistic timeline. The crew worked fast, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up every day. It?s been a few weeks now and everything looks great. Happy we finally got it done!"
