"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"I am very pleased with the service i received! I bought a deal off Angie's List and they called the next day to arrange a housecleaning for the very next day! So 2 days from purchase to having a Very clean house. They were very professional and emailed me to let me know they were running about a half hour late. Arrived promptly after that and got straight to work cleaning the house from top to bottom, after discussing a bit some areas i wanted to have more attention. Greystone Interiors was a pleasure to work with from day one.  Pat came out to meet us to give us an estimate.  She was prompt and courteous.  We decided to work with Greystone because of their responsiveness and the fact that they help you as much as you need in the design and decision making process.  We had met with other contractors before that basically just tell you to go to the store and pick out what you want without any help or guidance.

We met with Pat at their showroom to select the cabinets and she met us at other stores before construction began to select the granite, backsplash, etc.  She was very helpful by guiding without being pushy about her opinions.

When the work began, the other owner Dale was on-site everyday of the construction until the job was almost completed.  All of the workers that came were courteous and trust-worthy and very respectful of our living space.  We were amazed at how quickly the job was progressing along the way.  We also were amazed at how well they cleaned up everyday after the day's work was completed.

At the end of the project, there were just a couple of small things that we asked to be touched up/repaired and they came promptly without question to complete the tasks. 

We love how beautifully the kitchen turned out and we are super happy with the overall experience, which you don't often hear when people are doing a kitchen remodel.

We definitely would call on Greystone again for any future home remodeling needs and we definitely would recommend them to our friends and family.
