"Good, but it was the hottest day of the summer. Understandably, the oppressive heat caused the crew to work more slowly than they would have under normal conditions. They had to go up and down stairs in both houses, so it wasn't easy! Total cost was higher than we'd planned, since charges are on an hourly basis. But we got moved! Crew lead and the 2 young men doing the work were very nice to us - considerate, polite, friendly, and appreciative. They were also careful not to cause any damage to belongings, freshly painted walls, floors, doors. We had a good moving crew. I recommend them!"

"Was to be 8hrs. of painting. Agreed to do certain jobs in that time and did pretty much complete them, but left about a half an hour early(2 painters), so lost about 1 hour of the 7 paid for. They seemed like they were doing a rush job the whole time they were here.
 Painted wall without removing switch plates covers which I do not feel is very professional.
Because they were leaving early I asked them to touch up a door frame. One of the painters did this, but used ceiling paint instead of trim paint (both paints were out and being used). I asked this painter specifically if he was using trim paint and he told me yes. But as
it dried it was clear that it was flat ceiling paint not semi gloss trim paint.
I spent some time cleaning up paint from my bedroom carpet where it had been tracked about from a painter's shoe.
I know they would come back to redo this, but it is just to big a hassle to me to have to take time off work to be here.
Makes me think twice about doing a "Big Deal" again because the work I got was not that great.

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.

He provided an estimate and then beat it by $100. He was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Estimate was provided and he came back and finished everything in less than 3 hours. Great guy! Great service! And I will be using him again.

"Mike was about one half hour past projected time.  I do understand that he had had a more difficult job before he arrived at my home.
He was professional, did a very nice job of caulking tubs and shower.  He also caulked around a sink where he could.  He did clean up the areas where he removed the caulking and rehung my shower doors that I had removed to ease his job.

C J Handyman Co. was at my house today replacing my storm door.  I approached the woman, helping with the job and asked about fixing the down spouts.  They checked them out and explained the problem to me and  told me they could correct and replace the parts. I  want to make this clear - There was absolutely no pressure to have this job done by them! We talked about the job, the time, and the cost.  I asked how quickly they could schedule the job and she checked her schedule and told me they could do the job when they finished installing the door.  The job on the door was good so I had no hesitation in going ahead with the next job.  After checking out the supplies they would need they went to Home Depot and got what  they needed and allowed me to reimburse them.  They were back with the parts and had the job done quick and done well!  I will not hesitate to contact them again."
