When I requested my $6,443 deposit back, I was told my request had been ?escalated.? No one ever followed up. At this point, six months after paying 50% upfront, I have no staircase and no clear path to getting my money back."

We called to provide notice of cancellation of goods and services both verbally and in writing on Monday, December 1st. The letter addressed to 8530 Corridor Road, Suite 200, Savage, MD 20763 was delivered today so I do not understand why I am receiving this email stating that supplies have been ordered. We do not want goods and services from Long Home as we recently received confirmation that I do not have job security once I return from my leave and we are unable to commit financially with only one income and run the risk of losing our home. Additionally, after receiving a verbal cancellation of services on Monday, December 1st, Bobby Kaufman, quality assurance manager with Long Home, called me once and left me a voicemail stating he was calling to follow up on a notice of cancellation they received regarding the roofing project."
