"There was a wind storm in DC that caused some of the shingles on my roof to be damaged and I called and scheduled an appointment with Keith Roofing to assess the damage. Quite a few homes in the area sustained roof or structural damage and I was pleased that Keith Roofing was able to schedule an appointment so quickly. On the day of the appointment, the roofer arrived on time and determined that some of the nails had dislodged and caused some of the shingles to lift away from the roof. He nailed and sealed the lifted shingles and, as a bonus, cleaned out my clogged gutters. I appreciate the professionalism and workmanship and if I need any roof repairs in the future, I'll reach out to Keith Roofing."

"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. "These guys are the best! They seriously care about their customers and really strive to make sure they deliver a great product. They were on time, quick, and clean. My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we are completely happy with the services provided! Talk about great customer service! The whole experience was so easy. The salesman/inspector was not pushy, and provided a very reasonable quote for what we needed. They also replaced all our rotted wood in the roof/trim."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Chevy Chase Remodeling did an exterior renovation for us, including replacing our roof and siding, painting our house, replacing a window, and adding a new screened-in porch and patio in our backyard. They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. The owner, Steven, and all the subcontractors were friendly, easy to work with, and professional. It took a while, as we expected, but they worked overtime to complete on time the one part of the project we needed done by a certain date. And they did a great job overall--we are very pleased with the final results. The house looks totally remade and the porch and patio are just what we were hoping for. We recommend them!"

"I do not know the price as my husband took care of it. I think the thing was they came out and they had three crews working and they came out and got it done. The guys that worked on roof worked very hard. They did there job. We did have a problem afterwards but that may have existed beforehand but they are coming back to look at it. They had replaced rotted boards and fixed some leaking from the gutters by replacing them. They're responsive, there is a lot of phone tag but they always call back. But in today's world things are different than what they were long time ago. They were on top of it. They came when they said they were going to. They worked right thru and they worked hard. We never got another estimate from anyone else we just went with them."
