He had brought his system to jet out the sewer drain pipe just in case and I am very glad he did. He showed me on the camera there were not one but THREE root balls blocking my sewer drain pipe. I am so relieved Kevin came out to do the job. He was kind and professional and even told me how to take care of the sewer drain pipe afterward. She was a half hour late, but made up for it by being very thorough and offered suggestions to reroute water softener drain lines into the sump rather into the septic to avoid any sewage backing up into our drinking water. Even though we had a foot of snow on the ground, she was able to locate the septic cover, dig it up to inspect the tank and went on to inspect the drain field by probing the lawn. She dug a waist deep pit to inspect the quality of the field and ran water from inside the home to check the efficiency of the drain field itself. She passed our 30 year old septic system, which gave us peace of mind about buying our home. She was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about her work and cleaned up after the holes and drain cover opening.
