Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. "Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "What i wanted was a new roof installed as well as new gutters all the way around my house that i just purchased, the quote that i was given seemed ok but still a little steep for the size of roof i have, which is only 700 square feet or so.. They charged me almost 8 grand to strip the old roof and install the new roof which was supposed to include new gutters as well.. It's been a couple of weeks and i never got my gutters, i tried multiple times to contact them to see what was going on, mainly to get an estimated install date, i haven't recieved a message or call back for almost two weeks.. there right up of the estimate was very vague and poorly hand written, i even recieved a call from a guy at the office asking me how i liked the service and i told him that as soon as my gutters were installed then it would be A , sad part is that he acted like he had no clue as to what i was talking about when i mentioned the gutters and stated that they were not on the paper that was turned in to them.. this entail really pissed me off especially since i know what i requested at the very beginning and what was supposed to be included.. I'm not paying until the job is completed like it's supposed to and i get what I'm supposed to get.."

"Initially I was not thinking about replacing my siding and gutters. A Power representative was in the neighborhood and stopped by to discuss the services Power provides. Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. Please refer to the pictures for my selection. The price was more than reasonable and they do offer financing if needed. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project.
