"Mr Seeley, L&S Appliance Repair, was teriffic!!! He called me shortly after I filled out the Angi’s online request form. We discussed the problem with the refrigerator, he asked several pertinent questions about the issue and told me what he thought most likely had occurred! He arrived on time, worked very efficiently identifying the problem and told me as he worked what he was finding and what he was doing and to alleviate the problem. He gave me some advice on how to best maintain the fridge in the future—- and because of it’s age he advised me to not invest in any future repairs, simply look at purchasing a new fridge. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair!! Thank You Angie’s List and a big thank to L&S Appliance repair!!"

"We have a Wolfe downdraft vent for our center island cook top. It quit working. Mr Appliance was recommended to us by a couple of different sources. It turned out to be a difficult repair in that the parts that were sent to them by the distributor did not work. After a few trips of trying different things, they called Wolfe and we were sent newer version of the parts we need. That finally worked. Because Mr Appliance was unable to return the parts that didnt work, we were still charged and paid for those parts even though the parts(that did work) that Wolfe sent were complimentary. when the repair did not work after a couple of times, the owner Cole started to come out with Zac, the technician. Cole wanted to make sure everything was done right. They remained patient, diligent and professional throughout the process and were able to finally do the repair after given parts that actually worked. We are working with Wolfe to try to recover the parts we paid for that didnt work. Those parts were sent by their distributor specific to our serial number. It remains a mystery as to why they didnt work. Now we wonder whether the part/parts that were replaced were truly â badâ considering their replacement didnt work either. This has been a long drawn out process through no fault of Mr Appliance. They were persistent and were able to get the job done. I would think if they can get through our repair, other repairs will probably seem easy"

"I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I don't want to replace my old workhorse washer and dryer because I've heard so many horror stories about the new water-saver machines so I got Doug's name from a friend in Yukon. Doug's company is in Mustang but they travel all over the OKC area and had no problem coming out and arriving on time, each time or his employee were here. My machine problems were pretty extensive and the repairman had to come out a total of three times to get everything fixed (some of the parts required a special trip because my machines are pretty old and don't use standard parts). After the job was done Doug and his repairman needed to come out again to fix a minor problem that cropped up after they'd finished, but they refused to let me give them any money for this last trip. All the work was completed for LESS than the original estimate which I had approved. And the total was a tiny fraction of what I would have paid for even just one new machine!!! I've been using the machines weekly in the year since they were fixed, and both machines work perfectly. Doug and his employees do excellent work and I highly, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs their appliances repaired."
