"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls! Most of the fence was done very well but one of the posts shifted while the concrete was drying so the top has over a 1” tilt to it. When I brought it up, I was told there was nothing they could do about it which means they didn’t want to reset a new post for a cosmetic issue but now the first thing I see every day is a listing post.

For the gate, he only had 2 latches, I opted for the more expense one which ended up being a latch that looked like it should be on a barn door and not a residential gate. So I had to replace it but I take partial responsibility as I approved it without seeing it.

The fence was put along a garden bed and was told that wouldn’t be a problem but a number of the plants where flatted and trampled on and had to be pulled out.

"I contaced Trent who came out and gave us an estimate on cleaning and staining our fence and deck. They were prompt and very professonal. We had many emails for contact, which they were prompt to respond to. There were a few delays with the weather and timing related to the project. They arrived when they said they would, they covered those areas so as not to get the stain on them. After the project was completed, we discussed the coverage, they came out that same day, recoated the deck and everything was done to our satisfaction. "Jared came to our house to look at our property and prepare the estimate.  We had a total of 4 estimates.  He was the only owner that promised to be there during the construction of the fence and not just drop off a crew.  Since we contacted him during the late rainy spring, it took several weeks  to get on his schedule but that was to be expected.   It was worth the wait. The fence was built onsite which was helpful with the slope on our property.  It is a very sturdy 6 ft cedar fence with sturdy gates.  It was done in 2-3 days with all mess cleaned up.  Jared is a professional and his workers are very nice.  I would highly recommend Jared and Prime Fencing.
