Bari in the office was so sweet and seemed very genuinely concerned when I told her what was wrong, and told me, if possible, she would squeeze me in today. They were able to, for which I am very grateful. The plumber came out, and cleaned some roots out of the sewer main. I had called another company to do it, and they came out twice, and were unable to find a clog, so the problem just got worse and worse. Everything is working exactly as it should after calling Bob's one time, and it was significantly lower priced than the other place. "Chad called the afternoon before after I'd left a message earlier that day asking for him to do some work.  He was easy to talk with over the phone, very calm, very friendly.  Immediately I trusted him.  He said he would call the next morning about 8:30, to let us know when he could come and how long he could stay due to another big job he'd already committed to.  He called at 8:30, and said he'd be over about 10.  He actually arrived just after 9:30, and was very focused in attending to all of our needs, always telling us what he thought the problem was, what he would do to fix it, and thereafter making sure we were satisfied with his work.  He had everything necessary to do the work; didn't have to leave to get some part.  Chad Douma and Waterboy's Plumbing will forever be our go-to guy for any plumbing concerns. <br />"

"Came, cleaned, looked, and found where the original installer had improperly installed the first main tank which caused the backup. <br />"

"Paid for a sewer line unclog, ($177) but tree roots prevented them from getting the drain open. They recommended a sewer line replacement and gave a quote of $2500 and 3 days to replace. Due to buried concrete from a koi pond, they needed another day and another $750. Then found wire reinforcing the concrete so another day and another $750. Once trench was dug, rain delayed the installation. New line was installed and city inspector called out, but it failed inspection due to incomplete clean-out installations. Installers came back and finished clean outs. Waiting on another inspection. Then for no apparent reason, and without consulting with me, they came back and moved the clean outs right in the middle of the yard when they were between houses and out of the way. Now I have a cluster of 5 clean outs in 1 spot pretty much killing that space of the yard for use. Another clean out closer to the alley for a total of 6 clean outs? Is that code now? This is a single family house so I thought 6 clean outs was excessive. No explanation as to why they moved them from the "out of the way" place to the middle of the yard. No explanation or response from my inquiry as to why they would call out city inspectors when the job was not complete or up to code. Finally 4 weeks later they got it inspected and filled in the trench dumping the concrete chunks they broke up back in the trench and on top of the new sewer line. Left pieces of old sewer line in yard along with other rocks and concrete chunks. The section of yard near the alley connection was huge compared to what was needed to connect. Now I have huge chunks of dried clay that was my nice grassy yard. I will not be able to get grass back here for a long time. During the excavation, damaged the back of my garage and to compensate, took some off the final bill, but reflected this credit as a "coupon". Finally, I found a huge chunk of concrete that had been dug up by them, thrown over the fence in my neighbors yard."

"The job went well. The company sent a very experienced plumber out (Patrick) the day after I called, who was familiar with these home well systems. He carefully checked out the system and explained to me the possible causes of the problem. Turned out the system was leaking and the pump was failing. I agreed to replace it and Patrick and Stephen came back the next day and installed the new system. Our water well and water pressure has worked great since then. Both plumbers were very professional, explained what they were doing, and did an excellent job for us."
