"Was hired to dig up and replace concrete patio...was told there would be no 'bird baths' puddles...needless to say the slab right outside the door will be an ice rink come winter...water does not drain away from the house...this he was told about...never come back to seal and patio had 'boogers' as he called it in the water drainage joints....was called multiple times and never come to fix...made quite a mess at our window well...we built a cover with screen to hide...we were at the point of seeing no integrity and taking the loss and move on...THEN...discovered a hole ...yes a hole.... again he was called said he would come and yet once again ...no call no show....should have went with the first red flag...his FIRST cancellation call to come and look at the job....actually said he wanted to go swimming...too bad...we kept giving him chance after chance to make things right"

"The company is absolutely at the professional level, from the secretary, the estimate provider, to the crew. Especially to the crew, I liked their professionalism, courtesy, and communication. The supervisor Joe was very clear and quick in understanding the scope of the work, and in explanation to my questions. He communicated very clear before the work started and after the work was done. The crew worked hard, and no loud music which was greatly appreciated as my whole family worked and studied at home at the time. What I liked the most was that both Joe and the crew were happy to do what I requested, such as a little bit of extra caulking and patching here and there, even after they already used up the mixed concrete. The work was completed well. I plan to contact the company for more work in the future."

"They were prompt and completed the job timely in April 2017. We then had the driveway professionally sealed in June 2017 as they recommended. The problem is the concrete is now badly scaling. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete. I also sent an email to Omnipro through this site one month ago, and again no one responded. Very disappointed. I will only hire them for future work if they will demonstrate appropriate follow-up and resolution."

"Overall, well. They did what they promised and we were able to work through unexpected issues easily. The crew is a bit noisy and works better when Rick is there. They do understand concrete and our driveway (a very big project) is the talk of the neighborhood. Ran into an issue where the driveway connects to a detached garage and Rick's solution was a good one, completing the job. Nice job sloping the concrete to move water away from the house."

"The entire process was a great experience. Gino came out to evaluate yard space and what would work best. He was quick to get me an estimate. After signing the estimate and getting the deposit to Gino, he got me on the schedule. I reviewed some additional work with him; removing sidewalks along house, shrubbery and building up patio so that there would not be a set of stairs right out of the door. Gino and his team did everything I requested along with building a small retaining wall for the area that was built up. One of the best parts for me was that when the guys laid out the forms they had me select how I wanted the curves to go, after a lot of moving the forms around I was finally happy with the layout. I had them stamp the sidewalk and use a concrete sealer with stain additive to give it some color. I will being using them again this year to do some additional grading and adding topsoil to the backyard. I appreciate their hard work and work highly recommend using Gino and his team.
