"Corey and his wife are courteous, skilled, and diligent workers. They made clear in writing exactly what they would do to resurface our deck and make the stairs safe. The estimate of cost was reasonable and fair. Corey solved one unforeseen problem in our deck stairs without raising the price. He and his assistant/wife work quietly and efficiently, and they cleaned up well after the job was done. The only sign that they had been there was a little sawdust in the back yard. We would hire him again â and hope to, as home-maintenance problems arise. Corey has the good, old-fashioned American work ethic. He takes pride in his work. "I originally had used Zach and his crew services in the past for gutter cleaning. They were always easy to work with and on time. When inspecting my roof Zach mentioned that my front porch roof was dipping in from deteriorated decking. Since the roof was already close to end of life he repaired the decking, replaced the roof and flashing, and added new gutters. His crew was extremely professional and completed the job quickly."

"The job went very well. Bob Palermo (and his men as well) is a pro who came over, sized up our situation, sat down with us and explained what he and his crew would do. The weather was not cooperative and Bob's people came over and powerwashed the deck on a very cold, rainy and dreary day. That portion of the work could be performed in terrible weather and I appreciated the fact that they didn't let the weather slow them down with what could be done in less than optimal conditions. We had to wait a bit longer for the sanding and staining because of the horrible weather that we had until late April. Once a nice day finally arrived, Bob & his men came over and went right to work, sanding and staining the deck. They all worked very well together and had the majority of the job completed by the end of the day. Unfortunately, the weather went bad again and the finish of the job (touching up, cleaning up) had to wait. Bob showed up personally to finish the job when the weather warmed up again. We were very pleased with the results. We felt bad for Bob & his crew because their work depends on clear, dry weather and it is hard to schedule around that. But in the end all went well. I would recommend Advanced Deck to anyone needing deck maintenance done."

"I could not have been happier with  Stewart Painting.  They were professional, courteous, nice, and extremely thorough.  John was awesome!  He worked very hard and was so nice!!  He even made friends with the little old lady across the street, and is going to come and do some work for her.  She was thrilled!  I was never nervous about leaving my house open for them when I went to run errands, or being gone for the day.  These were very trustworthy gentlemen.  Being a single woman, I have had experiences in the past  where I did not feel comfortable with some people who came to work on my house.  Not with these two!  I would definately hire them again. My house looks like a brand new house.  I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for true professionals! <br />"

"It went great. Dustin was responsive and friendly. Quote was much less than our deck builder would have charged. We had this done last summer and we have had no issues with it as far as leaking etc. The job took 1 day and he was able to come sooner than originally estimated. He even fixed a downspout that our deck builder had left unattached. Highly recommended."
