"Dave Spence and his team did a wonderful job painting my entire house. I highly recommend them! It was a BIG job that required stripping wallpaper in a large foyer and hallway, as well as patch work and painting every wall, ceiling and piece of trim plus wainscoting in a large four bedroom/five bathroom home. Dave and his team were very professional. His team worked quickly and efficiently, while also being very friendly and clean. They were also very mindful of any paint smells. We have three children, including a newborn who arrived a few days before painting began, and they always made sure the windows were open and fans were going in the home so it properly being aired out to help with any paint smells before the children got home from school."

"It went great. Joe was very timely in communication, both in getting me a quote and in setting up the appointment, which was about three weeks after initial contact. I was given a two hour window of when they'd arrive, and they were prompt in showing up in that time frame. I'd asked that he call when he was on his way, which he did. He was one of the two men who did the work. They were here for probably about two hours. The difference in the house's appearance was incredible. It hadn't been washed since the siding was put up, 10+ years ago, and I'm not sure if the brick had ever been cleaned. The siding, which is a cream color, looked great...prior to cleaning, it had a lot of mold/algae kind of marks, as well as general dirt from our wood burner, and there were even some rust marks in a couple of areas from air conditioner drippage and the stovepipe. It was all gone. Fabulous! He even unclogged one of my gutters that I didn't know was clogged, which was outside the scope of what he was there to do. He was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend his work, and I'd hire him again when needed. <br />"

"The job went very well. Bob Palermo (and his men as well) is a pro who came over, sized up our situation, sat down with us and explained what he and his crew would do. The weather was not cooperative and Bob's people came over and powerwashed the deck on a very cold, rainy and dreary day. That portion of the work could be performed in terrible weather and I appreciated the fact that they didn't let the weather slow them down with what could be done in less than optimal conditions. We had to wait a bit longer for the sanding and staining because of the horrible weather that we had until late April. Once a nice day finally arrived, Bob & his men came over and went right to work, sanding and staining the deck. They all worked very well together and had the majority of the job completed by the end of the day. Unfortunately, the weather went bad again and the finish of the job (touching up, cleaning up) had to wait. Bob showed up personally to finish the job when the weather warmed up again. We were very pleased with the results. We felt bad for Bob & his crew because their work depends on clear, dry weather and it is hard to schedule around that. But in the end all went well. I would recommend Advanced Deck to anyone needing deck maintenance done."
