They were professional, explained what they were going to do so there would be no surprises. 8 hours later they were finished. They cleaned everything up afterwards leaving no mess for us to clean. The work looks great and we are very happy with how it turned out."

"It was an absolute pleasure to work with Seth Thomas construction. Seth was extremely thorough. He was casual about it. He helped us every step of the way. We bought the property out of state. We were highly skeptical at first. The house was burnt, and it was a nightmare, but after two weeks on the job, he had a two man crew and they handled every aspect of the renovation with the city officials building inspections and city utilities.
