No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. "Dublin Plumbing LLC did an outstanding job. They were quick, accurate, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Our older home was not properly plumbed under the kitchen sink, which caused issues with water backing up into the right sink from the left sink when the garbage disposal was run. In addition, the sink started draining very slowly. At that point, we contacted Dublin Plumbing LLC, and they promptly came out and provided an estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done to correct the problem.
They were able to schedule our job several days later. They showed up on time. Jim was present on-site to oversee the work most of the time. The installation of the new drain, vent, faucet & garbage disposal all went well.
They were able to access the drain pipes below in the basement by neatly cutting access panels in the back of a built-in cabinet. They replaced the access panels, and they don't look like they were ever cut.
When they discovered that they needed a bigger piece of equipment to clear the clogged drain under the basement floor that the kitchen sink drains into, they promptly scheduled this for early the next morning, and they quickly got that drain cleared.
We also had a clean-out plug stuck in the basement floor for the main line. They drilled it out and replaced it with a new plug.
After all of the work had been completed, Jim followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied.
Jim, Aaron, Chad & Chris all worked on our project. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

"Technicians came on time, very efficient and immediately diagnosed the problem, that the drain pump was not working right, and replaced it in no time. Tested our washer and it fixed the problem."

"We had to change appointments a couple times. When they came, they got here right on time and I explained what needed to be done. A helper came and they went to work in the basement. I checked on them once or twice to see how things were going. One of them was wiring an outlet, but they were supposed to wire it from one jack to another and they were using the wrong jack. I had to show them a couple times which box was correct. I went down in the basement after they left and they picked up the large trash but there were bits from the ceiling tiles they cut all over the basement. They were nice kids and the work they did looked good."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"All I can say is WOW!  I first contacted Jeremy to repair a whole in the soffit on the house.  Jeremy inspected all of the trim and found extensive wood rot and damage from carpenter ants.   He and his crew replaced all the damaged trim and rebuilt the front porch as it had structural damage.  They did an exceptional job - Jeremy is very detailed and he requires the same from his employees.  Jeremy and his crew were all very friendly, polite and professional. 
 Because I was so pleased with their work I hired Jeremy again to move my laundry room from the basement to the main floor.  He built a small room off of the kitchen by opening up a portion of the kitchen wall and building into the garage.  Again, the work was very well done.
This last weekend the small leak in my basement wall grew to a stream of water.  The water was coming in at the water supply.  Jeremy looked at the leak on Saturday and had someone from his crew on site Sunday morning.  They dug a whole by hand down to the water pipes and found and repaired the leak.  
I won't be looking for a  contractor anymore - I know I'll always call Namasier Designs. They will design, build and/or take care of any repairs you need completed.  The workmanship is excellent, the people are excellent and all for a fair price!
