Get matched with top metal roofing installers and replacers in Washougal, WA

"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. I've already recommended them privately to 2 friends who are ready to redo their own roofs."

"I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. Glad to have a dry garage and no leaks in the house. THANKS IDEAL ROOFING!!"

"Built a carport and the roof to cover it. Excellent work and top notch craftsmanship."

"Cobex did a great job replacing my old roof from the initial call to final cleanup. They were very responsive in getting all of the details right Ahead of time, and were prepared for every question."

"Great job start to finish. Answered all our questions, and the new roof looks great. Had a minor issue with the subcontractor who did our new gutters, owner came in person and resolved the issues very quickly. Happy to recommend this company!"

"Evergreen put on a new roof for us and I am very happy with the process and the result. Shawn was very clear in the bid process and remained responsive throughout the installation. The work crew leader, Angel, was absolutely brilliant in problem solving throughout the process. His crew were each very experienced, working independently and in teams to get the job done right and on schedule. I had requested several deviations from a simple reroofing – installation of a solar fan and rodent screening under the venting – and this team made these modifications in an efficient and thorough manner. Angel’s forward-thinking came even more into focus near the end when he asked if I would like them to leave the anchors in place on the steep portions of our roof so that the solar installers would not need to install their own next month. Evergreen Renovations and Roofing comes with my highest recommendation."

"This is an excellent roofing company. Of the 5 bidders, they were the best in terms of wide range of knowledge about roofing and repair. I learned more from them than than any of the others. Austin took time to look at all aspects of my roof problems and the errors made by the prior roofer many years ago. He also was very enthusiastic about roofing and doing an excellent job. The crew also worked very hard for long hours to get the job done. They were careful of my plants and did cleanup after each day."

"Great work! The crew was timely and professional. Weâ re pleased with the roof work and spout drain installation. The very next day they came back to complete an area on the roof and trim that we expected to be done. Daisy in the office was very quick and professional in scheduling our project."

"They not only removed my old deck, they had to replace the cantilevered floor joists that extended into the garage ceiling. This involved removing the ceiling sheetrock in the garage for the joist installation and then replace it afterwards. They recommended and installed a membrane material between the floor boards and joists to minimize any moisture/rot problems in the future. The deck job included new Iron railings for the replaced deck and we also requested them for our rear deck. In addition to the decking, they power washed and painted the house and tool shed and replaced the gutters on the house. It's all complete, it all looks great and came together nicely. They did a great job!!"
