Offered a double-sided shutoff, which I'd never seen before, and installed it so I can turn on hot water in the kitchen sink while leaving the dishwasher feed shut off until it is installed next week. Game changer! Gave me various quotes I requested of repiping the house (we need a lot of work done) and updating our showers. Made recommendations for improvements, and showed me an open pipe he found in the basement that I never knew about! Very informative AND the work was done quickly! "Summit plumbing was fabulous from start to finish on my project. I hired them for a tub to shower conversion in my condo. Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. Everyone I worked with or spoke to on the phone was always very helpful and responsive. Fantastic customer service. I would highly, highly recommend Summit Plumbing and would hire them again.
