"We lost hot water on Friday evening. We decided it wasnâ t an emergency, but we did want to get the process started to replace our water heater. I checked Agniâ s list on Saturday and a few referral names came up. I was contacted by CORE MECHANICAL within a short time the same day. I explained our issue with Tanya and she set an appointment. She was very professional and we related to each other quickly. I received 2 other inquiries on Monday morning, but they were not available until later in the week. Loren contacted me, came to my house and made his recommendation as well as gave me a quote for replacement. I was a bit shocked with the price quote because of info Iâ d read online, but realized it had been old information. We talked easily about a number of subjects and he was very courteous as well as explained the process clearly. Levi came as promised today, Tuesday, and with an assistant completed the job including cleanup and hauled away the old (25+ year old water heater) within an hourâ s time. I was very satisfied when hot water was available very soon after that. I greatly appreciate all of the employeesâ professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and communication. I highly recommend this local business."

"Ryan and Matt were awesome. Matt was very quick on replying to my quote request and getting me a price. Once I chose them for my water line replacement, they moved quickly. Ryan was great while on the job site; kept me updated on what was going on, answered my questions, explained why they used certain products, etc. Matt was there off and on throughout the morning and he was very good to work with as well. They use Steve from Evergreen Boring LLC and he was really great to work with as well. I will be using them again for additional plumbing projects. "I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."
