"The installers came on time and were totally professional, experienced and worked continuously until the job was done. The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced. We needed to use plastic film to insulate the old windows and when the wind blew the plastic would billow like sails! The new windows make our condo seem like a true home."

"John and Ryan skillfully fixed the subfloor under a leaking picture window without disturbing the sealed oak wood floor under the window. They did this by doing the repair in the basement under the leak and removed all wet wood and replaced it with new wood and new insulation. The next day, a DiGiorgi siding team came to replace all removed vinyl siding and install new insulation and new flashing around the picture window. Everything looks nice and neat and structurally sound."

"Mike Goodman and his team did a great job building an overhang for the front door. I had given him a picture of what I wanted. It was not exactly like the picture, but in all fairness, he said he would get as close as possible. It still turned out very nice. In addition, Mike added three railings to deck stairs. The project took five days, which is what he projected. He was sensitive to my need for details and we kept in constant contact through out the project. I live in Maryland and the project was in Connecticut."

It was so difficult to find someone willing to take on the labor of a warrantied basic sash replacement. Nu-Face to the rescue! The replacement window waited over 2 years for install and when the day came, the warrantied window replacement DID NOT FIT! Anne, a blessing behind the phone at Nu-Face, and owner Joe, promised us help in getting this done, took charge and worked directly with the company to get a new window sent, even after a 2.5 year delay on the warranty. I felt like they made the impossible, possible. Not only did they get a new widow delivered, they called me to check on it's arrival and to set up an install date. Communication and follow-up is top notch! Dave and crew installed this and other windows and their work was impeccable, they were very neat and tidy, and so very helpful in our matter.
