The job involved completely removing the old roof down to the deck, installing a new roof to code, sealing four skylights and installing a copper chimney flashing. Mike's price was fair and very competitive. In fact, he offered to install replacement skylights if necessary at no charge for labor. One of his competitors wanted to charge $300 labor per skylight. Mike's crew was thoroughly professional, hardworking and did a fine job. Cleanup was meticulous, even to the point of blowing off the deck and scouring the grounds with a magnet to pick up stray nails. The entire job was done in a day, no muss, no fuss.
