You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "A perfect job from the start (measuring, estimating, quoting), to the end (removal and installation). Because it was a big job, a crew of four removed and installed all 24 windows in one day. We are very pleased with the windows (Pella, Power Symphony, Double Hung), the professional installation and leaving everything clean and neat. After the job was completed, there was nothing left to do, no clean up, no exterior painting, only moving back the furniture and reinstalling the blinds and curtains. We also liked that Power did not take a deposit up front. They required payment in full only after the job was completed to our satisfaction."
