The old water heater was a large and expensive unit that served faithfully for 15 years until it sprang a leak while we were out of the country. Casey addressed all my questions via text since calling was a challenge, found a competitive unit since the direct replacement unit was on backorder for 6-8 weeks, and installed the new unit the morning after we returned from Europe. He had to perform a great deal of work with new pipe since the fittings for the new unit were on the opposite side of the original tank, but all of the work was clean and well planned. I can't say enough about his honesty, professionalism, and cleanliness. He was not the lowest bid I received, but his follow-up and resourcefulness in finding a replacement unit for a relatively specialized piece of expensive hardware showed that he understood his business and gave me confidence that it would be done correctly and quickly.
