"Justin has an EPIC heart! Great guy!! And his attention to detail is perfect!!! Iâ m an auto technician and my forte is electrical. I came inside and saw my new panel and how all the wires where laid out and ran in new panel and I immediately knew Justin is gonna be the ONLY guy to do electrical work in my home!!!! I seriously canâ t say enough about him!! Lastly I will say that I reached out to him to get a second bid because the company Mr. Sparky tried to sell me a new panel install for 8,600$ and said I could pay 80$ a month. I was disgusted with mr. Sparksâ s price. Justin quoted me a quarter of that price!!! and added a surge protector!! Justin is out to help us and cares about his work and helping us hard working people. Alright I think I Raved enough about Justinâ ¦. Lol. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
