"I generally don't take time to write reviews like this unless I am really impressed with the company and the quality of their work. Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions definitely impressed me - they are probably the best contractor I have worked with. The owner, Adrian, is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to ensure that his customer is happy with the work. I don't think I have one single complaint with the work they did, which consisted of three projects: 1. Removal of a concrete patio and installation of a large Techo Bloc paver patio 2. A custom built pergola with privacy wall, hand railings, and gate 3. French drain that ran through the back of the yard that was connected to the downspouts from the house which ran under the patio I received a few quotes for this project. The owner, Adrian, impressed me from day one - the quote was competitive, but what really set it apart from the other companies was the level of detail provided for the project. The quote included a detailed explanation of what would be done and with what materials - the other companies provided much more vague descriptions. Adrian took the time to walk through the property to explain the work that would be performed. When I had follow-up questions, he made another in-person visit to walk through things again. Responses to email communications were very prompt. When Adrian is busy onsite or meeting other clients, Marissa consistency monitored emails and made sure Adrian got back to me to address any questions I had. Before the work started, Adrian made another visit to confirm the details of the project before commencing work. Once the work started, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn with - as much as you could be with all of the work being performed and the heavy equipment required. Jose, the crew chief, and his team were very careful with removal of the concrete patio and did a lot of prep work and going over the ground multiple times with a soil compactor to ensure it was level and firm prior to installation of the pavers. The drains for the downspouts were also run underneath the ground and connected to our french drain (something the company that built our concrete patio did not do). The Techo Bloc pavers are a bit more expensive, but they look amazing and are definitely worth the price. The area we live in is pretty windy, so we needed a pergola that was well anchored. The pergola was custom built 13 x 15 and almost 10 feet tall, with posts anchored 2 feet into the ground with concrete. A few smaller posts were also added for the privacy wall, hand railing, and gate. The ground in our backyard slopes a bit, so they needed to make sure everything was designed so that is was completely level. During the project, we decided to make a couple of changes to what we wanted - Jose and his team were able to adjust on the fly with no issues. When digging the drain, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn - many areas that were dug up would be replaced with the sod. When the drain was completed, it's almost impossible to tell that the yard was dug up at all. In areas where the lawn was too damaged to recover, it was replaced with new sod as part of the project. The same was done around the patio as there was no way the lawn would recover in those areas due to the extent of the work being performed. Throughout the project, Adrian would consistently stop by the check and progress and see if I had any questions or concerns. At the end of the project, he did a couple of walkthroughs to confirm the quality of the work and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Adrian identified a few very minor issues that I didn't even notice and sent his crew out again to fix them. This really demonstrated to me that customer satisfaction was more important to him that his bottom line. If I have any additional projects in the future that they specialize in, Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions will definitely be my first choice."

"I had two known dead trees that had to be removed for safety. Julio came out evaluated the trees and my overall proeprty. He found other dead trees, problem trees (large hollows and signs of other issues). He quoted a very reassonable price and was able to start rightaway. the trees were all dropped and the property cleaned up within a day."

"The work Superior Landscaping performed was flawless. The patio looks amazing, the retaining walls with custom lighting are beautiful and everything Troy recommended for the job was spot on. "They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"If you need to replace your underground oil tank, then you're freaking out about the expense and possible catastrophic complications.   So do yourself a favor and call Willard.    This wonderful family company makes everything easy.     <br> <br>Our very positive experience started with the initial visit by Josh.    Then company owner Billy Willard answered all our many questions.   Considering the options, we decided to purchase a Roth tank.    Not just more compact than other brands, it also has a 30-year warranty.   Willard is the only company in Virginia certified to install Roths.     <br> <br>Our work was scheduled quickly.    Willard called Miss Utility and also our county -- we didn't have to do a thing.   The Roth tank fit neatly into our garage and Billy and his crew took great care with every detail of its complicated installation.    The removal of our underground tank went really well too, even though the tank turned out to be quite deep.    Frank and Josh worked very carefully to expose but not damage the old tank, and to transfer oil into the new tank.    Then the old tank was prepared so the residual oil could be pumped for recycling.    We hadn't even realized this step would take place, because Willard had made all the arrangements.   Next the tank was lifted and soil samples were taken.      Then, using a truckload of fill Willard supplied as well as the excavated soil, the enormous hole was filled, carefully graded and sown with grass seed.      <br> <br>You can imagine how many heavy vehicles were in motion to accomplish all this, yet there was not the slightest damage to our fence, landscaping, driveway or house.  <br> <br>Meanwhile, Tim was connecting the new Roth tank to our furnace, working with ingenuity around the maze of ducting. pipes and wires in our basement.   He wasn't satisfied until he was sure the connection was perfect.    <br> <br>We thought the entire crew was awesome, and that opinion was validated when the county fire inspector approved everything they'd done.   The Willards and Josh Delaney were not just expert, they were really friendly and considerate.    It was a pleasure to have them around,  They turned what had been a huge nightmare into a perfectly executed solution.     <br>"
